A day in the life of Academy players
Balancing athletics, academics, and social activities
Monday through Friday
- Practice: 2 hours on-ice and 2 hours off-ice. Off-ice includes dryland training, game video review, chalk talk, nutrition, et cetera
- School at Quest Middle School or iSchool High: 4 hours
- Student-athletes finish their day by
- Family time available on weeknights
- Bus service provided for transportation for students to and from school campus to Polar Ice House - Grapevine.
- Games or tournaments
- No practices
- Family and friends time.
